• MK I Studio has created a very interesting invention -an underbed lift for 42″ and 50″ plasmas. With their contraption, a plasma TV can be stored under the bed and when needed, pulled out and supported by extremely versatile hinge. Looks interesting, but I’m not sure if it’s good to be moving the plasma like that. 1/30/07 (0)

Funniest one yet. :D Make sure you watch the whole thing- the end’s the best part.

Saw this last night and found a clip of it this morning. Funny interview. :D

Update: NBC got YouTube to remove it.

BBC interviews Guy Goma instead of Guy Kewney

May 21st, 2006 at 7:11AM EDT or 2 years, 6 months ago (the early morning)

The BBC meant to interview Guy Kewney, a computer expert about the Apple Computer versus Apple legal case, but accidentally picked up Guy Goma, an economics graduate who was waiting in a different reception area for a job interview. Check out his expression when he first finds out what he’s being interviewed for. :P

Fox shows added to the iTunes music store!

    May 11th, 2006 at 4:28PM EDT or 2 years, 6 months ago (mid-afternoon)

Apparently the shows were added a a few days ago, but I just noticed them today! :D You can now purchase 24 (!), Prison Break (!!), Unan1mous, Stacked, and some “Fox Television Classics” (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, and Lost in Space) in the TV Shows section of the iTunes music store.

    Prison Break on iPod

I purchased an episode of Prison Break (called “Tonight” (the episode before last weeks episode)) and for $1.99, and it’s not too bad. I was able to place it on my iPod right away and on my iPod it looks great! However, on my computer, they quality is a little iffy. Personally, I still prefer the quality and speed of Bittorrent, but this is definitely a leap in the right direction (making good shows available for legal download).

Apple ads during tonight’s Prison Break and 24

May 1st, 2006 at 10:15PM EDT or 2 years, 6 months ago (the late evening)

Anyone else notice the Apple ads during Prison Break and 24? I thought the one airing during Prison Break was pretty funny and the one airing during 24 wasn’t too bad either.

    ABC offering full episode streaming

May 1st, 2006 at 2:59PM EDT or 2 years, 6 months ago (the early afternoon)

Check it out. As of now, it’s only four shows (Desperate Housewives, Lost, Alias, and Commander in Chief- all of which are pretty bad), but allowing viewers to watch whenever they want is definitely a step in the right direction. Quality is not the greatest and advertisements are still stuck in, so, personally, even if they had better shows, I’d still be getting them off of Bittorrent (much better quality and no advertisements).

It’s for the USA only and will be going from now until June 30th, 2006.
