It all came down to penalty kicks after being tied 1-1 after overtime. France’s second penalty kick (by David Trezeguet) hit the goal post bar while Italy scored them all to win the 2006 FIFA World Cup. There was also a very nice head-butt blocked by Italy during overtime.

Ahhh, I can’t believe I found this! Last Sunday’s game where Kobe Bryant tied it with 0.7 left in the fourth and won it at the overtime buzzer, giving the Lakers a 3-1 series lead.
